Howarth, Anita

Anita Howarth worked as a journalist for ten years and now lectures in political communication, advocacy and campaigning at Kingston University, London. She got her undergraduate degree in history from the University of Natal; her masters in politics from Birkbeck; and her PhD from LSE in the relationship between media and public policy on GM food. She has published on environmental politics and journalism, media campaigns and on political communication in South Africa.
