Cat Pausé is the lead editor of Queering Fat Embodiment (Ashgate). Her research explores the effects of fat stigma on the health and well-being of fat individuals and how fat activists resist the fatpocalypse. Her work appears in journals such as Human Development and Narrative Inquiries in Bioethics, and online in The Huffington Post and The Conversation, among others. Cat is also involved in sociable scholarship through her blog and podcast, Friend of Marilyn.
