Dr Deb Waterhouse-Watson was awarded her PhD from Monash University on the representation of football and sexual assault in the Australian media. She teaches Media, Communications and Literary Studies at Monash and Deakin universities, and is currently researching multiplatform children’s television as part of a grant-funded project at Deakin University.
