Ianto Ware recently completed a PhD on zines, identity and media culture at Flinders University. He is currently employed at the University of South Australia’s Hawke Research Institute for Sustainable Societies, where he is involved in research into social inclusion. His current research interests include media, gender and the Australian fixation on generationalism. He is also the co-director of the Format Festival, an event run in conjunction with the Adelaide Fringe festival aimed at supporting the intersection of arts and activism within Australia.
