Kate Rice is an award-winning playwright currently based in Melbourne. She has been commissioned by Deckchair Theatre, Barking Gecko Theatre, Agelink Theatre, Corrugated Iron Youth Arts and Darwin Theatre company. She is working on a PhD in creative writing at Curtin University.
