Kathy Bauer is an Early Childhood education lecturer with a background of 25 years teaching in early childhood classrooms. Publications have centred on the authentic selection of appropriate classroom resources; early childhood teacher’s identity. Her Doctoral research pertains to the decision making process used by parents when selecting an early childhood education and care centre.
