Robin Ryan is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer attached to the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Edith Cowan University. In the field ofapplied cross-cultural research she has co-authored several articles, and co-contributed to Collaborative Ethnomusicology: New Approaches to Music Research between Indigenous and Non-Indigenous Australians (Lyrebird Press, 2014). Robin’s findings also appear in the award-winning volume Current Directions in Ecomusicology: Music, Culture, Nature (Routledge, 2016). She currently resides in Eden, New South Wales.
